Owners

Runway Auto has been in the capable hands of Joe and Rosann Kramer, providing exceptional service with a caring, personal touch since 2014. The husband and wife team (who met in third grade!) bring decades of skills to each of their complementary roles.

With a background in production design work, and 12 years as an auto body shop consultant with Dupont, Rosann keeps on top of industry regulations, operations, bookkeeping and marketing. She loves the challenge of running a business, and is hyper focused (some say obsessed) on efficiency, cleanliness, and safety. Joe manages the repair planning and production, acting as shop foreman. He loves that every day in the shop is different and the new technology keeps everyone on top of their game. “The people and processes are the same, but the cars change, and every job is different,” Joe said during a rare break from the shop.
