Runway Auto offers free auto repair estimates. Our auto body center is equipped with highly-trained service advisors who are able to complete the estimate process quickly and accurately. The goal of the estimate is to set a starting point and understand the scope of repairs so we can get your vehicle back on the road in like-new condition. Claim Handling Assistance
Our experienced staff will handle your insurance claim for the entire duration of your repair. We take care of negotiating supplemental items, verifying deductibles, tow reimbursement and rental cycle time, and more! We have a working relationship with all insurance companies writing auto policies. You have the right to choose the collision repair shop of your choice.
Rentals and Towing
Rentals are conveniently arranged through Enterprise for both pick-up and drop-off at our facility. If you prefer to use another rental car company, we are happy to make arrangements for you. We also provide towing assistance–call with the location of your vehicle and we’ll arrange to have it brought directly to our shop.
Free Shuttle Service
If you do not have rental car coverage, or do not need a rental, we can provide a ride after you drop of your vehicle and pick you up when repairs are complete. Contact us prior to your drop-off date to arrange shuttle service.
Collision repairs
We repair and refinish foreign and domestic vehicles, all makes and models. Modern vehicles are highly complex, so we are vigilant in ensuring our technicians are educated in the latest repair technologies. We will complete a Diagnostic OEM Scan when necessary before and/or after repairs to make sure all Diagnostic Trouble Codes and safety settings are correct. ADAS (adaptive driver assistance systems) calibrations will be completed as directed by your vehicle manufacturer.
Certified Aluminum Repair
Aluminum repair is different than steel, requiring different tools and processes. We have the tools and training to complete non-structural aluminum repair.
Superior Color Matching
We are proud to offer the BASF R-M waterborne paint system. This eco-friendly paint system is equipped with specialized tools that allow our BASF certified refinish technicians to produce superior paint matching results on every repair.
Lifetime Warranty
Runway Auto backs all repair work with a lifetime warranty on workmanship and materials, along with the specific parts warranty as allowed by that manufacturer or supplier, for as long as you own your vehicle.
Payments
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Apple Pay with a 3.5% fee, as well as cash and cashier’s checks for your balance due. All Insurance Company checks can be signed over to Runway Auto. We do not accept personal checks.
